They're were a couple of dudes standing around the vehicle who are definitely 400. If those were trained on electronic warfare, definitely good value for the money. I wonder how long it is between spotting, launch, and impact, they muss have been stationary for a while.

Wow, I'm surprised that they have a training ground that is close enough to the front line that the Ukrainians are able to film it using UAVs.

Not sure why you're being downvoted, I'm legitimately curious. Most of this seems like it's filmed some distance from the actual impact, but the tungsten still seems to pack a punch

Looks like they were routed, that does not look like an orderly retreat. They don't even have any vehicles, too

Kind of confused why the Grad would get close enough to the front line for enemy soldiers to be able to film the aftermath, though no doubt there would be some stupid reason for that.
