Usually I'll run DI to the board and 1/4 out to my amp on stage, depends who's engineering. At my practice space I run a similar setup with in ears. The B6 and MXR both have DI outs so there's a lot of options available(usually I just run DI out through my amp into the board). Ampless setups are a nice option if you have a decent DI setup, but you're at the mercy of the house monitors.
