I'm an atheist, and I agree with the Imam. Eight years is not enough.

It won't work, Milhouse.

I was leaning towards letting the individual user decide, but now vote to either defederate, or ban the bot.

I'm of the mind that this is where I go insteadof reddit. If there's going to be overlap between what gets posted over there, and on lemmy, I'd rather it gets posted by a person who wants to engage, and is invested in the post.

Additionally, I am not in favor of any bot that can potentially make me engage with reddit in any way.

But wouldn't a meaningful response require empathy and situational awareness?

Nice kneebar attempt, all but negated by attempting it so close to the cage. He was blocked from fully extending his back and hips during his best shot at finishing.

It was terrifying watching Struve fight. Mostly because I was scared that he'd get injured very badly. I mean that independently from winning or losing.

Reddit, like Digg before it, was a gathering place, where people could post or consume content, and interact with other users. It was much like a town square, where people can set up their soapbox and bark, or where a person could go and listen, interact, and enjoy.

Reddit is now like the Home Owners Association for that particular town square, and are actively trying to control the entire experience, by acting like they own the soapboxes, and as though the barkers are now obligated to ensure that content is HOA approved.

That kind of neighborhood holds no appeal for me.

I'm old, and think of my phone as a piece of equipment. In terms of looks, status, and stuff like that, I'm more interested in what protective case to buy.

I knew that Kailer Yamamoto was likely on his way out. I'm bummed that we lost Kostin though.
