I started reading Dragonfired by J. Zachary Pike, which is the last of The Dark Profit Saga trilogy. The series is a pretty funny satire of the financial and stock markets placed into a standard fantasy world and it’s been executed quite well. The first book (Orconomics) was definitely the best in the series but I am glad to have the final conclusion after many years. I’ve only made it about 1/4 way in so far in the last book but it feels very on par with the rest so far.

Ooh it’s looking great so far! I like the colors a lot. And agreed about the time, I have too many projects I want to do and so little time for them.
Beautiful! Mine is growing super slow after a mealybug outbreak and some overly enthusiastic pruning… too many nooks to treat. But eventually I’ll have a bunch of rooted props.
Take a look at Dredge! It’s a creepy horror-ish game where you play as a fishing boat. There are some creepy elements at night but it’s fairly causal overall. I really loved the atmosphere and light story elements as well as the fun fishing games that is the majority of the gameplay.
Looks great! The sky gradient is very pretty and love the stars on top!
The September House sounds like it could be good! I also read Clay McLeod Chapman’s previous book, Ghost Eaters, which i liked so hopefully his new one will be as well.

Looks great! The single strand was definitely a good call. I bought these patterns a while back as well and this is definitely helping me finally think about starting them!
You can go to second hand bookstores and grab lots of books for a much better price to stock the library with! Also worth keeping a bunch of extras to restock as needed. People are suppose to put stuff back into the libraries but not sure how the take vs. return ratios are.
Hm I’m pretty sure what you have there will just be zombie leaves. Essentially they will root and they will stay alive but they will never grow the stem to continue a new ficus plant. You need an actual node from the original stem to create a new plant.
I played through The Forgotten City and really liked it! It’s a time looping puzzle game where you have to unravel the mystery of a strange city before every day it collapses into ruin. It really sucked me into the story and I could forgive a bit of the jankiness in the actual gameplay. The characters were all interesting and were very interconnected which made the whole thing feel quite alive. I didn’t love the ending (there are technically multiple but I managed to get the canon one on my play through), it was okay but a little out of nowhere, everything before that was good.
