I bet lots of team aren't interested in him for the simple fact that he's made of glass. But can see how a team like City who has a strong bench would be interested because he really is good when fit

This season is probably the best one to have it since it has like 4 really bad teams so there's still a chance. Any other season and it's definitely bye bye
Chelsea was technically not a state club even if Roman got rich off Putin but that kind of ownership wasn't healthy either. It's one thing to level the playing field but what Chelsea did was first level the playing field and then build a giant skyscraper on top of it
