Oh. So am I! I didn’t mean to sound dismissive of it. I was just frustrated by the articles title because it is a different application (both method and use-case) than “super glue”.

This doesn’t appear to compete with cyanoacrylate (yet); they created a hot-melt stick and compared it against a commercially available hot-melt stick .
You can say it. Doesn’t mean that a jury will accept it.
No. And here’s why:
ELON MUSK HAS NOT DENIED THAT HE MADE A NAZI SALUTE!
The closest he has come to a denial, so far as I can find over 48 hours after he made the gesture, is a deflective tweet mocking the people who recognized the link to Nazis as being uncreative.
This means one of two things:
a. He doesn’t care that it is being construed as a Nazi salute.
OR
b. He wants it to be construed as a Nazi salute.
These two options very much amount to the same thing.
We will never know what exactly was going through his mind at the moment he made the motion. Regardless, even if Musk had somehow not initially intended the gesture to be a Nazi salute, he has transformed it into one by promoting that interpretation.
That could be part of it. Another part might be that many of us have only had experience with the Haas variety, if any. And then most likely as guacamole.

This sounds to me like a reasonable way to disqualify something as a culinary fruit.
Folks like to make a big hullabaloo about tomatoes being technically a fruit, but no one gives a second thought about referring to peppers, cucumbers, green beans, eggplant, avocado, pumpkins & other squash, or corn on-the-cob as vegetables even though they are all technically fruit.
And I was being picky there, because beans, peas, grains and nuts are all also technically fruit. Heck, lots of “nuts” like peanuts and cashews aren’t even really nuts.
Keep your taxonomy out of my kitchen:
- Fruit are sweet.
- Vegetables are not.
- Grains make bread.
- Herbs and spices add a lot of flavor with a little bit. Herbs are the green ones.
- nuts are. They just are. Don’t think about it too hard.
