Huh I guess that makes sense... Little acid to remove the oxidation.

I like the look of Cu lights and I have owned one, but I am just not careful enough with them to keep them looking the way I want. I know I know patina and all that but after a year my copper light was just kinda meh and dirty looking.

It's not necessarily the predator thing that scares them away. The most important part is breaking up the reflection on the outside. The anit-collision stickers will work well for this. Look on amazon or at a local hardware store, they come in many patterns and shapes, just pick one that you like. You can also hang a couple old CD's in front of your windows from fishing line. People do that where I'm at to scare off woodpeckers from their house and it should work for other birds too.

Great video. I liked how he connected it to other footprint bases folklore. I also thought it was funny the presenter did not look like a history nerd haha

Taken after WWII using captured Nazi V-2 rocket launched from New Mexico. Inverse article here

Cool idea for a community. This pic reminds me of something I would see in one of t hose hand colored stereographs.

My go to over the past few months has been camillia coffee roaster's ethereal blend. I've found it pretty forgiving of my evolving techniques and the flavor is great in amercano's to iced drinks. Rich with plenty of texture. would highly recommend

I don't see many people recommending Ancillary Justice, but really enjoyed the series. I thought it was a pretty light read as far as Sci-fi goes, but it ticked all the right boxes for me.
