5-10 acres for 10k, tiny home budget 20k, about 5 grand to rent clearing equipment. But hey, I'm sure you've done extensive research and know 50k is more than comfortable already.
You can do this flat broke and pop a tent wherever you want on crown land for free. Some people are just trying to survive while others can afford extra comforts.
