I'm so here for it! r/hoyas is probably the reddit community I miss the most lol.

Beautiful compacta! Mine's working on a peduncle so hopefully I'll have some flowers to post soon :)

This is the second time in 3 months it has bloomed from the same peduncle. One of my favourite blooms so far, and no scent! :)

Also sometimes it's unavoidable without workarounds. It shouldn't be crazy to expect to buy a product that works and works well without it spying on you. Why should companies get the right to continue to collect data and generate more profit off of an item the consumer owns. Why should consumers have to give up their right to privacy so that a company can make obscene profits off of their information?

I don't recognize it or the guy in it, that's why I didn't think it was New Girl. It's probably from something I haven't seen.

I don't think it's from New Girl... Do you remember which episode?

Hoya heuschkeliana (inner variegation)

Just remember you don't have to prove yourself to anyone. People that gate-keep like this aren't worth your time anyways.

I say this about all my plants but this is one of my favourites, it's just so stinkin' pretty! Look at these rosey leaves!

Probably, I just doubt they're news-worthy enough to be reported on.

The camera flash really makes it pop! Had this one for about a year and a half now.

This is from when I first got her (she came home with some mealy bugs, though it was easier to kill on her than on my Hoya compacta):

This is in Canada, insurance would not have been a roadblock.

I honestly don't remember lol. It's been a while since I've watched it and it wasn't very memorable. You could probably watch a recap on youtube and call it a day.

It's far from great but I actually didn't mind last season, it had decent fight scenes. It was a lot better than the turtle season.

makes sense, i was a little worried when i saw a pencil in the booth but this makes me feel better.

I had to shut it off after 10 minutes because of this, I could feel my blood pressure going up.

Still not sure if I want to continue this one. It has some funny moments at least. The opening song is pretty painful though, super off-key.

She has such cute leaves! She was my first ever hoya.

This is my Hoya hellwigiana. It's starting to throw out a peduncle again. Honestly last time the smell was so over-powering that I'll probably chop it off before it can bloom.

Watering my plants today and noticed how cute these two were looking so I thought I'd share :)

This is my hoya sipitangensis, not sure why it chose to flower while I'm re-rooting it but I'm not complaining.

A lot of comments about the smell here haha. This one actually smells pretty faint and just smells like flowers. I have heard some varieties smell bad but so far none of the ones that have bloomed for me have been bad.

Went to a plant show yesterday with no intention to buy. I've had a h. gunung gading (bottom) on my list for so long though and the price was right so here we are... Also there was a carnivorous table so I picked up a sundew (top) to go with my pings that I had at home.

Shipping has closed for the winter so I will not be getting anymore plants this year. Probably for the better... I'll have no space once they all get bigger 😅

Got a couple of my wishlist hoyas (undulata and clemensorium) and some other beautiful plants including some succulents and begonias.

I've been waiting a month or so for the blooms to finally open up! They smell so good, very floral.
