I wasn't impressed with Morey's roster construction. The role players just don't work. I don't think Morey got the role players that Nurse needs. Nurse expects all-out effort from role players who fight for minutes. You don't get that from older vets who only puts out so much effort for the long season. They also slow-rolled the start of the season due to the Olympics, wanting to rest Embiid. Big mistake there as the rest of the team slow-rolled with him.
