Yeah, processed refined carbs is really something else. I've been doing IF + lowcarb for the past 2 years and luckily, my body responded to it dropping me from 106kg to 60kg

Btw i dont have the intention to demonize carbs, its still a good source of sugar in which our brains love to utilize as energy.

Its just man....it really somewhat messes me up. I do still eat processed refined carbs but very rarely and in minimum

then one day my mom brought some chocolate brownie cupcakes. My mom handed them over to me and told her its most likely that I'll never eat it.

Then its time for my 2nd meal, At first I was reaallly hesitant to consume it because im aware that carbs has something to do with pumping up ghrelin, a hormone that has been studied to trigger hunger, and sadly... I went with "yeah why not give a try, fuck it lets have some"

The next 3 days, it really messed my hunger, It usually triggers 8-9hrs after i had a meal and now it triggers 3-4hrs after i had my last meal, Luckily I had this experience before and sorta blamed myself for doing something I find stupid.

I think the reason why US went with officials can still "serve" even dead is to avoid political killings (or to avoid a loophole in "justice system", just like mitch mcconnell who is probably acting having a seizure on his live speeches to avoid heavy charges because he knows the fed knows he has a huge role with trump shenanigans annnnnd unfortunately, it is challenging to press charges against persons who has "mental" illness and stroke can be considered as one).

I dont think gege would just waste a "somewhat" well written character

I was kinda bored and re red 223 and kinda intrigued why gojo brought up panda, I think this is forshadowing that jujutsu org will sorta resummon gojo (or maybe just his curse because that infinite void curse thingy is kinda wasted if they just went with ::: spoiler yep...gojo ded ::: ) by using what they did on panda.
