Of course people look "smaller" when standing behind an NFL offensive line that consists of guys between 6'4" and 6'8"

This rhetoric is very black or white. It's not that you have to step in and immediately have a winning season, it's that you have to show some improvement in not only from the previous season, but from week to week. Last year we finished the season out pretty strong and even came within a game of winning the division. But despite having mostly the same roster with a better QB option and supposedly better coaches, we're looking worse than any of Rhule's seasons. On top of that, the team as a whole continues to look more and more undisciplined every week. Sometimes you don't have to wait for a 2nd season to know when someone just isn't it, and it's not a bad move to move along early, I'm sure any future coaching candidates will be adults about it and understand that their predecessor was the architect of their own quick downfall

Evero would be the likeliest candidate, with Thomas Brown also getting an interview. I bet we also try again with Ben Johnson and maybe even have a chat with Harbaugh for a possible return to Charlotte

Ideally for the Panthers is we go ahead and keep Fitt and Reich, let them absolutely tank the team in 2024, then hire a new GM, new HC, and give them a top 3-5 pick in 2025 to restart

Just a reminder for people who tried to claim Cam picked #1 because of narcissism or whatever other nonsense
