Businesses rely on stable server and applications. Stable in the sense of API/ABI stable. You want an application behave exactly the same on day one and on the last day before eol of the server OS.

Arch is pure chaos and it could completely change how things work and break commercial third party apps on that server on potentially every day. And you would not necessarily notice the error until its to late and your data is corrupted.

You don't trow money at a your server infrastructure to get redundant servers to finally be able to use Arch somewhat stable. And why should a business not use that redundancy for an LTS distro to get even more stability and safety of operations.

You basically recommend to burn money.

Not because of Arch itself and its quality, but because you need to constantly monitor the mailing list for issues and you need to plan a lot more downtimes due to reboot. This is not gonna happen in businesses.

Until it is clear, how Leap 16 will look like, I would not start to use it now.

Afaik RUF have no strategic reserves at that magnitude (they might build some divisions, but at the cost of front line units).

-> So UAF is thinning the RUF trench lines to drain the tactical reserves and shaping the battlefield (aka blowing ammo dumps in the rear) until the supreme command decides it's time to strike with the main force which is currently in reserve.

Ich habe es für meine Frau und ausgerechnet, und da war die Bahn teurer. Anschaffungskosten und gemittelte Wartungsaufwände hab ich nicht eingerechnet. Nach dem damaligen Stand ca. 450€ Monatskarten Preis für zwei gegen 160€ Sprit Kosten. Und dann wäre ich jeden Tag ohne Verspätungen doppelt so lange unterwegs + den körperlichen stress und die kaputten Klimaanlagen im Sommer.

Und ne, Schah dir mal die Verspätungszeiten an, und lass dich nicht von den DB Statistiken verarschen, ausgefallene Züge zählen bei denen nicht in Verspätungen herein.

Das Fediverse bietet eine technische Lösung für eine viel spezifischere Zielgruppe als die großen Plattformen. Die wollen so viele Nutzer wie möglich bekommen und die Monetarisieru g maximieren, während im Fediverse es eigentlich auf überschaubare Usenet communities hinaus läuft, wo viel mehr interagiert wird untereinander als bei den großen. Twitter ist halt eher nur ein Nachrichtendienst zum bespühlen von Followern, aber kein soziales Netzwerk mehr im eigentlichen Sinne.
