Where will the Pro Football Hall of Fame draw the line with QBs? in c/[email protected]

I think the HoF will draw a Phillip Rivers/Matt Ryan line.

They could make a compelling argument that a QB to be even considered for the hall they have to make at least one Super Bowl as a starter and if they loose a SB they have to make it to more than one as a starter.
