Like, I get the notion that the average person is not fond of billionaires. But...

  1. It's not specifically white billionaires (plenty of people hate Oprah, Saudi royalty, etc.)
  2. The legal system absolutely positively reverse-prejudices against the rich and he's too out of touch with what the average person goes through clearly. Or he knows he's full of shit and just blowing smoke to complain about it. Either way, fucking terrible.

Maybe in all of sports? Though some baseball ones might be worse but I forget the particularly bad ones. I don't think Strasburg would count since he did help them win a championship before injuries f'd him even if he didn't pitch much during the extension. That was as much a "thank you" extension as it was hoping he'd help them win more championships.

I imagine undrafted rookie QBs are almost never starting. Like how many total games have their been with this sort of matchup?

People being a leader doesn't mean they're also a teacher. There's often overlap but not for everyone. I'm sure a lot of people under him more or less skated by on his direction of things and didn't really glean much of it, which you could say might be a bad quality of BB but what the fuck does he care if the team is winning rings?

This happens anytime anyone who had a ton of success starts going downhill. There's a lot of "he never had it, was carried by _____". Unless you're a Barry Sanders who retires in prime, it's going to happen eventually.

The Patriots dynasty couldn't possibly ever be just one player. Hell, Peyton Manning has displayed about the level of skill Brady has, but could never pull off the postseason results, and you can't chalk that up to one being a winner and the other not.

It's easy to forget BB's genius when he's struggling now but he's done a hell of a lot of genius things that helped lead that team to the success they had. Would people still be saying all this if Brady hadn't won a SB somewhere else? Probably not. But that shouldn't affect anything, because that team was also well-coached and had a lot of things going well for it. It's silly to let something after the fact erase all of what people saw in that team and BB's role in their success.
