I looked to see if I could get by replacing Photos with Drive in Proton. Whilst I can upload stuff. Videos greater than 100mb need to be downloaded to be watched. I guess because Google process videos to allow them to be streamed. Sadly a deal breaker for me :(

Are these working for people? I'm over two hours and nothing is tracking :(
You're correct. I just noticed I have a 50% voucher for one app so used that and some Google Rewards credits so it's cost me nothing really. Thanks!
I gotta say. Lemmy is really coming along. I've been here since the whole 3rd party API stuff and tired of seeing the same crappy content here. I know there's the whole, "be what you want to see" theory but the truth is I have never really posted new content on Reddit either. I've always been a lurker and commenter.
Anyway I just wanted to say that content seems to be a lot better recently.
I wouldn't let it worry you. You're in a better place than me with my Google Pixel 😄
Damn. That Symphonium seems like a good app. I have Jellyfin but only a few albums to try it out. I used Finamp before which is basic and works ok but this app has way more features. The downside is it's not free. I don't mind paying for something but I notice my free trial will finish way before I get a chance to upload new media and give it a proper chance.
My dad picked up a new Pixel 8 for £230 last November. That's a really good deal.
Nothing has an investors page and every single one is American. Including Reddit's favourite, Steve Huffman.
That said, at least it's not a completely American product like the majority of popular phones out there. Choose your battles etc

It made us Brits lazy. There's little reason for people to learn other languages due to English being so popular as a second language.
Don't get me wrong, there are people. But I don't know many people that can speak other languages. I am actually envious of others that do.
It simply amazes me when someone can speak multiple languages.
Just pay for SimpleLogin no? Proton owns SimpleLogin now.
I purchased SimpleLogin before Proton purchased them. I have my own domain configured with all my aliases which all point to a proton email address which I do not give to anyone.
I purposely created my own domain just so I could be flexible in the future and move to another provider if needed.
