I reused my online handle into a more traditional name, and gave myself a middle name so people nickname me my online handle without prompting lol.

Ey nice. Halifax is such a beautiful spot.
I've been using mine for gaming in bed, and playing games online with people in the same room. I've always been a fan of split screen, but lots of games now have that missing. Having all four of us in the room playing games on our own personal screen is great, and it's a lot easier to bring around and more affordable than a laptop.
I may be posh but I still wipe, standing up in all of my wet ass glory.
Heros of Might and Magic 3 is still one of my favorite games. Too many games from childhood to name, but that one holds a special place in my heart.

What helped me after a long period of not gaming was getting a Steam Deck. I already had access to all my PC games, but now I could take them anywhere with me. Elden Ring is nice, but cuddled up in bed next to my dogs just before I go to sleep? It's like nothing else. And all the modding you can do to it too, oh my god. You'd have access to all the retro games you want, and more.

I'll make sure to buy it sometime this year. Looks like a lot of fun, I just have other things to buy first.
I have played 0 hours but I will follow this magazine because I do want to play someday lol. Love Rimworld and I know that was inspired by Dwarf Fortress so I'll probably hop on eventually.
