Eine Diagnose brauchst du deinem Arbeitgebern nicht mitzuteilen. Danach dürfen sie auch nicht fragen. Da du in einem Krankenhaus arbeitest, würde ich dir allerdings empfehlen, nicht an deinem Arbeitsplatz diagnostizieren zu lassen.

Mit https://www.lightningmaps.org/# kannst du sehen, wie dringend du dich schützen solltest. Wenn das Gewitter an deinen Standort vorbei zieht, schön, wenn du direkt drin bist, besser auf Nummer sicher gehen. Ich Versuch mit Hilfe von Unwetterwarnungen um die Gewitter herum zu manövrieren ( früher heim gehen, falls ich zu Fuß bin, oder ähnliches) the Echtzeit Blitzkarte hilft bei der Gefahrenabschätzung.
