Well to be fair, rich people consume a lot, which is in itselfe good (from a pure capitalistic viewpoint). The only thing is that you still need enough people to actually produce stuff. Funnily enough trump is kicking a lot of cheap workers out of the country

Yea it's actually a very effective countermeasure. That why I hate it. I know it's the absolute right thing.... but I like drinking...

Specific places (only big cities in the usa), different hobbys esspecially small ones, litterally every topic that isn't memes, linux, computers in general or communism

To be fair the topic is very specific. There are not that many big channels that talk about engeneering, esspecially bridge engeneering. At least not that I know of.

Yea I recommended it to a friend and the reason they didn't stay was the lack of niche communities. And I get that. You have to have very specific requirements to thrive here

Jokes aside. I realy don't get why there is so litte backlash against trump. This guy is doing some insane shit and everybodys like: hmm yea that sucks. Thats the same people that allways said that other people in autocratic countries should "just" revolt and that they would have fixed everything allready. Currently you still have the right to protest, but still nothing realy happens. Sure there are a few demonstrations, but nothing that will actually change anything.

Yea. Once a week is still a LOT

Yes. In my opinion it's fine that they want to make some money with their unfinished game. Game development is expensive and esspecially for smaller studios early acces is one way to get funds before the game is finished. What I have a problem with is that some early access games are still full price for an unfiniahed game. And a lot worse than that are those games that release as finished games, but that are not in a state you would expect. So basically early access in disguise.

More like mostly fees. Taxes are like $11, while the fees are most of it.

Today I went to burger king for the first time in years. It was even worse than I remembered it. (had the vegetarian option, don't know if it's as bad with the meat burgers) Additionally it's fucking expensive and not as quick as it used to be. So my question is why do some people go there regulary?

Hello, we have been trying to reach you regarding your car's extendet warrenty

In politics most people just critizise each other, but what did your local government actually do a good job on?

Happend 10 years ago.

When I was in 7th grade my teacher was late. So me and some other people sat at the computer and did dumb shit. Then one person has the idea to look for a weapon online shop. I tiped it in and the second I clicked one a website the teacher came in (yea I know fucking stupid, but I was a kid). He reacted realy strangely. He asked me if everything was OK and if I had problems at home and stuff like that. So realy extreme stuff for just a dumb kid googleing to much. But not at all judgy, more concerned. At the time I didn't think much of it.

Two years later he killed himself. Nobody saw it comming, because he always looked happy. Apparently he had depression and already had it for years. And after that it kicked in my head. Two years earlier he asked me those questions because that's what he felt. He was concerned that I felt what he felt and wanted to help me get the help he would have needed.

I still think of this regularly and it makes me realy sad. Mental illness is a bitch.
