correct just install nobara with gnome and it's same function, the windowing system is wayland which gives you the swiping gestures

Definitely would give it a shot, I've used fedora 36 for over 2 years now for school and work and just switched to nobara last week the tweaks are much needed.

yess! by default how it should be. Also one click install for nvidia drivers
