Yes they are absolutely different things. A Cumslut is someone who loves the stuff on/in them, and a Facial is when there is cum on the face.
Yes the two are quite similar and the lemmy-porn-subsection is generally quite small, however there are already others in the same niche that arent as clear-cut and as such could be merged more easily IMO. (yes consolidation is important, endless spread only works when there are already at least a few users that use it)
