With names like these, that meme of the guy smashing his head into the keyboard to come up with a new monitor name, starts to sound grounded in reality.

I know it is, but my comment still applies. I see way more images and videos of Cybertruck crashes than seems reasonable for how many there are on the road. I do wonder if they're somehow more prone to accidents or if their drivers feel too safe and take bigger risks.

Are people just willy-nilly crashing these Cyber monstrosities or what? Knowing how few are actually on the road, the number of them involved in accidents seems way too high given average accident statistics.

Yeah, that one really makes fuck all sense.

There's a great video on YT that goes into all the terrible edits in this movie, and they cover literally almost the entire runtime of the film.

I can only assume the academy was either bribed or blackmailed to come to this decision.

It should've buried the genre entirely imho. So many inaccurate biopics got released since, with that Queen one being one of the worst offenders (breaks the real world timeline of events for dramatic story telling reasons, clearly biased from one member's perspective, and with piss poor editing throughout).

Same should be said for DBZ Abridged. I seriously do a double take every time I see an original episode now, as the voice actors and characterizations from Abridged have replaced the canon ones in my head.

While you may be right, I still want to make sure the Finns get credit for naming these home made petrol bombs since the origin of the name is just so badass.

He already did. Tariffs are an act of war, especially when overtly related to annexation goals (as is the case here).

[–] ZC3rr0r 18 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Honest question: Does anyone know if those tariffs apply retroactively? Say you purchased something a couple weeks ago, but it hasn't crossed the border yet due to shipping delays, would it get taxed under the old rules? Or does it incur the tariff?

Best joke? He sent it to an agency that has no enforcement authority in Canada. Goes to show how delusional they are, thinking we're already part of the US

[–] ZC3rr0r 5 points 2 months ago

"...calling it "treason," "an embarrassment" and a "disgrace."" Yeah, because it is. Fuck these treasonous bastards.

If you love the US that much, how about you migrate there and don't drag the rest of us kicking and screaming with you?

The thing that worries me is that, to some MLAs apparently, the BC Conservatives aren't anti-Canadian enough (looking at the folks voting against the motion to condemn the Trump tariffs).

Where do they find these traitors and wackjobs?
