you might want to look for mental health support groups or ideally group therapy led by therapists. They tackle the feelimg of being alone with your problems really well, and heal through human connection.

I subscribed to stuff that shows uplifting news, added art stuff and some animal content to my feed. I also follow stuff that's related to my hobbies.

When they nuked third party apps. For a long time I used the official app, then I switched to 3rd party, nd I couldn't go back

I work as a psychologist, fears of abbandonment are a lot more common than many think. If you are this afraid I'd recommend going to psychotherapy to sort it out. It can help a lot if you put the effort in.
