They could be preparing for an announcement. This would give time for the press to do write ups ahead of time. If this is true there must be some kind of NDA/embargo so we won't know anything until after a potential announcement.
Also, for some reason they often only showed the new gamepad when talking about it.
I saw this way before X was a thing. It's weird that they re-watermarked it.
Basically, despite all the vocal complaints, IPAs sell better.
I enjoy IPAs personally but it does get frustrating when you want something different.
They were owned by THQ Nordic so I assume they'll retain the rights.
