Yeah, when I say "director's cut" what I really mean is a LoTR-style extended version which includes all the additional scenes that had to be cut to fit within the confines of a theatrical release.
In the case of Dune Two, I'd argue this would actually resolve a lot of pacing issues instead of introducing them. Many parts of this movie felt overly rushed.

What's the benefit in replacing one extension with another in order to achieve the same thing? Real progress would be an option in the default Gnome shell to show the background apps directly in the top bar without any additional clicks.
LDAC suffers from high latency and very steep degradation once the strength of the Bluetooth connection drops even slightly. In some case it can drop to around 330kbps, which makes it no better than SBC unless you can guarantee a rock solid connection at all times.
It's interesting primarily since there has been lot of controversy surrounding the claims that widespread rape and sexual assault were carried out by Hamas during the October 7th attacks, mostly due to an incendiary article that appeared in the NYT and was widely repeated across international media.
Since the release of that article, there has been quite a bit of pushback, even from certain journalists in the NYT itself, centred around the fact that the author of the article was a young Jewish filmmaker with ties to the Israeli military who was not even a professional journalist. In any case, there has been a lot of back and forth over whether these stories of mass rape were credible, so this lastest UN investigation helps to clarity the extent to which sexual violence may have occured.
