He owns the company, he can represent it anyway he wants. If he owes anything to his employees, it's fair wage (I have no idea how fairly or not he pays).

It's ok not to spend time and money on looks. No matter how much money you have. There's no obligation to look good for anyone. The way he looks is not the problem with him.

Perhaps you could consider that for diverse reasons people have different prefered ways of communication. You have your own prefered way for your own reasons and that's ok. That doesn't mean you should disrespect other people's communication choices or them personally.

We wouldn't destroy it, but things with reproductions of it would probably stop selling so well and companies wouldn't want to invest in them anymore. Which is exactly what is happening with Gaiman's stuff.
