Having read through the article, "lied" seems to be a strong claim here, especially since the article does not state that either. He has an engineering degree, has the iron ring and has worked as an engineer designing morherboards.
Apparently because he is not licensed in BC, he isn't allowed to refer to himself as an engineer. That is a civil matter that has now been settled by the court, but I don't think that counts as lying. It's unfortunate that politics are making us so reactive and tribal these days.
I was able to get a higher resolution version by opening the link in the browser (Sync app)
Also, Google is a (the?) major source of funding for Mozilla, so they have a lot of clout with them.
I thought this joke was hilarious ๐
This is interesting, and I've never heard about this before. That's really disappointing, but from a game-theoretic sense it makes sense it played out like that. If Trudeau did in fact opted for a popular vote instead of using his majority power, I can respect that, even if it blew up in all our faces.
Like everything these days, I realize it's too difficult for me to understand and keep up with the complexities of modern life ๐ฉ
I thought the cons wanted to abolish the CBC?
Going back on representational voting is what made me decide never to vote for the Liberals while Trudeau was in power again. I'm still pissed about that.
C'mon, that's just lazy. Makes me distrust the content of the article.
