I wonder why this wasn't screened before the transplant.
You can start as soon as the pipes ore built which is around 15 mins or less but for the network to be quicker it can take a few hours as you say.
When you load up I2p it has a directory of places you can go off the bat. Then there are some search engines aswell for you to use.

Damn thats insane. I remember hearing about the study and it being a big step in medical field. How did nobody peer reviewing it look at the images and compare them. Shows a broken system
