Not sure I've ever seen one with that specific phrase. Walmart has (or used to, I don't go very often) YK swag. Then there are a couple of gift stores in the mall, or the one next to the First Nations Bank that may have something similar.

Was explained in a other FIA doc. Something like 4 violations gets 5s, 5 gets 10s, then you start over or something like that. Ocon with an impressive high score.
