My experience with Linux was only frustrating in '97 when I had to 'create' floppy drives and whatnot. Since then it has been wonderful.

lol, my post isn't 'ragebait', quit being tender. My post is targeted at exactly the people that won't benefit from it because of exactly what I wrote. People carry ridiculous baggage and expectations into what they 'do' or want and it doesn't work out and they blame everything but themselves. If this angers you, you are that person. I am saving you a trip.
Someone wrote that linux is for everyone and it sure could be, but, in reality is is not.
Let 'im. Blah, blah, blah....all the programs you run have access to the data within, I stopped listening at 4:05, he got a little too excited about the app having access to data, I mean, wtf?! Mozilla was simply spelling out the details so this guy now has a thing to pick at and become excited about.
Drivel.
Packages in testing get updated at the times that they can and sometimes this messes with other packages. For example I had pithos installed this morning, in trixie. An upgrade removed a dependency so it had to go. In another day or 3 I will be able to install pithos again, no doubt. Running testing when release is within 9 months since sarge and this is the only issue I have seen. Since it resolves itself, I never saw it as a problem.
Just goto Trixie.
