Scoot is one of the cheapest flights in mainly south east asian region. They are in pair with ryanair in cheapness and low quality service.
My 2010 volvo has it. Why is this news?
I need lower voltage. 1-2V on the secondary. I have 3V rms now.
I did measure, voltage is 3v rms
I have 230V or 400V three phase. I live in the EU. So this cannot be solved without replacing the winding on the transformer I guess.
Would trimming down the voltage on the primary with a triac would help?

Isnt your data encrypted when you have a pw set on your phone? For a screen or battery replacement they dont need to know your pw.
Have you tried zerotier? Another option is to get a vps with unlimited bandwith and setup ovpn server on it. Then you need a router that can connect as a client to vpn. This way you will have a public ip and you dont need to mess with tunnel services. A vps with public ip is about 10 bucks a month.
