Oh my! Personally, I stay away from all herbicides. It is certainly a method though. Solarizing is also an option I haven't tried yet but appears to be relatively low effort.

I plan to stay on Lemmy/Kbin and abandon reddit for the most part

Gallowboob sounds so familar. Who was that again?

All I want is to go back to the classic Zelda formula of a linear story with dungeons. BOTW and TOTK are great, but I miss the old games. I miss getting a new item that suddenly makes new parts of the world accessible.

I'm afraid, however, we won't ever see this type of Zelda again. BOTW and TOTK have sold an insane amount of copies. This may be the new normal for Zelda.

Also, please let there be more 2D games.

Oh no, my comment ended up in the wrong thread!

The world looked gorgeous but the gameplay looked awkward and clunky. I don't know if I'll buy it but I love Avatar so maybe.

Yes, I have found a lot of value in Facebook groups for niche hobbies.

Hi, I'm new to Lemmy and the fediverse. I learned how to subscribe to other instances but I am not seeing all of the comments unless I go directly to that instance.

For example: I have an account on vlemmy.net. I do not have an account on slrpnk.net If I go to [email protected] through vlemmy I see fewer comments than if I go through slrpnk.

Is this working as intended? Here is a link to a pair of screenshots demonstrating my problem.

I wish you luck on your endeavor!

The learning curve is steep but I'm feeling very optimistic and excited to be a part of a new community. Reddit had been going downhill for years ( I joined in 2010).

I plan to stay no matter what reddit does next.

Every little bit helps!

That's awesome! Every year I have to do a sweep for invasives. It gets easier but they always try to creep back in.
