I just realised that maybe the lack of cat content is what I'm missing from Lemmy. I need to catify my feed.

Such a cutie too, by the way. Our first cat was a tabby, I love them dearly.

I'm not arguing for anything. Just saying what I see.

A lot of people in the comments can't seem to make the distinction between what they have been fed since they were little and that they are used to, and what is good, or tastes good.

Democracy is a lie. It cannot work under conservatism. It does not work within a capitalist economy. It does not work in a vertical hierarchy. People do not function as people in a vertical hierarchy. Of course Brexit failed, just like the British Empire, and just like every single political entity ever has and will fail. Even if they seem to succeed for a while, they will always fail, and they will always fail humanity.

Our socioeconomic structures are not so different from any other animal's. Though the answer is right there in front of us, our emotionally manipulated, fearful existences have trapped us in these ridiculous concepts and arguments.

If we want people to be human and not scared and trapped animals, we have to take away the thing that keeps us animalistic, which is the need to lean on something "greater" than ourselves.

All we currently seem to be are clusters of endless daddy issues; religion, nationalism, success, wealth, value: hierarchies of daddy issues.

You do lose terps and flavour through water, but after a few dry hits, no matter how I have tried setting my rigs up (6mm balls, glass adapters, whips, more glass bends) I get a sore-ish throat without water. Also a bunch of balls in the downstem are annoying to clean. I feel I also lose more of the effect when I add more glass. I also don't want a big glass piece as the PID and coil setup is large enough (I have a 30cm tall beaker bong which gives me the larger option but I've moved away from that for a while now). I am working on making the miniglobe work for me, it is actually a surprisingly open piece which is also good as it means I can add more restriction if needed, but it does mean that the cooling is a little lacklustre compared to larger pieces.

I prefer warm water, but not hot, though putting hot and letting it cool a bit seems like it gives me a longer time at the optimal temp. I feel that the freshest water always makes me cough more whatever the temp, and that after a few hits I cough less, until the water gets too dirty, then it makes me cough again.

Drinks-wise, I make a giant (5ish litre) pan of ginger and lemon tea that I drink for a cuple of days, that is my perfect accompaniment. Though if my shit is a little crappy or if I am need of a tbreak then a beer also goes well to help with that medicated feeling.

Also, I always always have a 750ml bottle of water by my side when vaping. It gets refilled a couple of times a day too.

Guns are about fear and cowardice.

Any modern culture that pushes weaponry to its centre is a culture that plays its hand more openly with its manipulation of fear. It's like flags; some countries are flag crazy, they represent a lot of violence and pressure to fall in line, but they seem benign and they are surrounded by tales of heroism and hard-obtained "freedom" from a spooky other.

I believe weaponry fetishism takes this one step stupider and cuts out all the implications and supposedly says, "I will fucking shoot your whole family if you mess with me and mine!" But even that is a lie, it actually just tells people to fall in line with the accepted norms or be constantly threatened with execution.

It is a huge pressure to put on any group of people and can only lead to various modes of destruction. Ultimately it does not at all seem to be an actual facet of any so-called "cultural" reality (as with most elements of any group of people's accepted norms), but it seems to connect to the maintaining of control over the economic movements of those living within a set of controlled borders.

Everything always leads back to finding ways to control the largest amount of people most effectively to continue the wealth of the most wealthy elements of that group. I believe any culture that heavily relies on nationalism and religion is actually a culture of violence, and plays on fear and foments cowardice to maintain control.

Weaponry is just the dumbest, shittiest end of that stick; the US, on the whole, seems like a very shitty-handed idiot who is also constantly soiling themselves because they are so scared, waving their hands around, smearing shit on everything they touch.

Europeans are not so different, they just pretend the shit on their hand isn't shit, but some sort of a traditional chocolate mousse, and pretend their trousers are also not brimming with faeces, but, hey, at least they don't have guns! (I'm not even sure if that was sarcasm or not).

I guess I believe everyone is just as fucked as everyone else under this global economic system until our wealth and value mindset is shifted towards the current lies of egalitarianism told inside any modern Western education system. Make those lies a reality!

Edit: Clarity.

According to Camus “the struggle itself toward the heights is enough to fill a man's heart.” So he thinks Sissy was pretty happy. I want to know if you asked Monty Hall to ask Sisyphus, would he be able to tell him the truth about his emotional state?

Brainwashing, exposure to a single bigoted narrative their whole lives, ignorance and hypocrisy. Europe has a proud history of cryptoracism. The real question is why are Europeans so obsessed with ethnicity? Brainwashing, exposure to a single bigoted narrative their whole lives, ignorance and hypocrisy... ad nauseum. Nationalism (and other emotional manipulations) to drive economy is a global blight.

Capitalism's toddlerification of it's "successful" participants literally creates these meaningless dialogues. Our imbecilic hierarchies don't just extend to the economical, they affect these types of social norms heavily too. There will always be a cheap way to elicit prejudice over disadvantageous and unprofitable ideas especially if the voices are from "undesirable" individuals and groups, which depending on your brainwashing target can be literally anything. We have to be able to teach already brainwashed individuals critical thinking.
