Yes but there are ways to protect against that. For instance you can configure Tailscale clients to only trust nodes that have been signed by trusted nodes, or something like that.

My guess is a hand-held console like the Steam Deck? People have already built them using the 13's mainboards and the newer integrated graphics on these are better than the Steam Deck. Bonus points if they aren't introducing a new mainboard at all but rather just the screen / chassis / joysticks for a handheld that uses the existing mainboards.
