That's the great thing about Bluesky. I don't have to deal with this bullshit as much because they give people the tools to moderate it themselves.

When I was in school, someone figured out that if you go into Google Translate and type in a link, you could go to whatever website you wanted. We also figured out that despite Google Images being blocked, you could just click on the images tab of Google search and use it that way. Even the teachers told us about that one lol.
All launch copies of Breath of the Wild have been licked. It's a rite of passage. (They taste worse than you'd think they would.)
A lot of AAA games may suck right now but there's so many awesome indie games that it's hard to care.
We gotta buy Astro Bot though
Basically smaller file sizes than JPEG at the same quality and it also automatically loads a lower quality version of the image before it loads a higher quality version instead of loading it pixel by pixel like an image would normally load. Google refuses to implement this tech into Chrome because they have their own avif format, which isn't bad but significantly outclassed by JPEG-XL in nearly every conceivable metric. Mozilla also isn't putting JPEG-XL into Firefox for whatever reason. If you want more detail, here's an eight minute video about it.
It's completely bonkers that JPEG-XL is as good as it is and no one wants to actually implement it into web browsers
half the video is basically just "holy shit you people need to play more video games they're not dead indie games are peak"
I use fish instead of zsh just because it has all the nice stuff without having to set anything up. Helix over Neovim is pretty nice for this too.
