Or you could use a client such as Liftoff which has an option to feed the post into Google Translate.
This is what the Block feature is for. Block the communities.

There is a tool from @0x2a to help migrate communities from one account to another: lemmy-community-copy.
It's not a far stretch to imagine that something like it could also extract and package a user's communities to share with others.
