Is there a way to filter for "Signups: yes"?

(Edit: On the map, I mean. I see that it can be done on the table view.)

Blocks can be found as a second tab when accessing your Settings. You should be able to remove blocked users and communities there. The Blocked Tab

There might be a greasemonkey script for this sort of thing. I do like the idea of a static navigation bar above the scrollable area.

You can also turn off display of bot accounts in Settings if you disable "Show Bot Accounts".
