2 be honest, it is 1 of the big challenge that I deal with everyday.

I also feel the need 2 add that everyone deals with it differently. If 1 has had trauma (be it in this lifetime or transgenerational) that will have an impact on how u deal with it. Also your sensitivity & how u surround yourself & the society u live in...

I left France at 21, lived in Ireland for 3 years, moved 2 Australia for 5 years, came back 2 France... for 18 years & my level of stress went really high...

I feel though that yes you are right about scarcity but it is very much caused bc it is purposefully creating the rules for that to happen...
