Conduit (spacious conduit) to every wall and space (e.g. attic), all home-run to a utility center in the basement or at least to distribution spaces on each floor, then a large trunk conduit to a central place.
That way, whatever you pull today, you can later pull it out, add more and/or upgrade without having to adapt old cable to new signaling.
