Then don't transition power. Tell them they get nothing until they sign it. It was Trump's law in the first place.

Oh for sure. I'm under no illusions about that. But they all deserve the stink of an ICC warrant.

Now do their enablers.

"It's about the law," say the people who just elected a multiple-convicted felon to the highest office in the country.

First Amendment something something...

Far too many bastards. And we keep making new ones.

We literally just had China hack our telecommunications and this guy wants to eliminate the agency countering overseas nation-state hacking. It's almost like Trump's cabinet is not really on our team...

Yeah, as if they have any principles to stand by. Our country is being run by psychopaths.

In keeping with the citrus theme, azahar means 'orange blossom' in Spanish.

Makes me think of Fritz Haber. His story is too complicated to sum up in a quick blurb. But essentially he was a German-Jewish chemist and nationalist that developed poisonous gases eventually used in gas chambers during the Holocaust. Even though he was basically a national hero he had to flee for his life once the Nazis came to power. There was an episode of Behind the Bastards about him for anyone interested.

I'm sure there's other kinds but the most common Chinese sausage found in the States is cured and has a decent amount of sugar, which is probably a big contributor to it's stability. It's nice to have around the house, since it holds forever and can be used in a lot of different ways. It's great as a breakfast meat. You can steam it with rice to reconstitute it. I like it in pan fried noodles or the sausage rolls from the Chinese bakery. It's even served well in non-traditional roles like spaghetti carbonara. Grab some next time you're at the Asian grocer.

It's funny how everyone criticizes Obama for drone strikes, but but almost no one mentions the fact that Trump's numbers were way higher before he decided to stop reporting them at all. President of Peace, my ass.

Where are you going and when: Colorado late summer

What temp range and weather do you expect: Low/mid-30's to 70's

Goal Baseweight (BPW): Pretty happy with things, but I'm always down with going lighter.

Budget: $0. I got bills to pay.

Non-negotiable Items: Honestly don't know what I could cut out. If anything, I might be forgetting something.

Solo or with another person?: Solo, 2p gear list is heavier.

Note: A lot of this gear I bought used or on sale/clearance. UL gear doesn't have to be expensive. There's plenty floating around, if you keep an eye out. Thrift stores or Craigslist in more outdoorsy cities will have decent stuff. If our community on Lemmy gets large enough, it'd be cool to have a ULGeartrade at some point. I bought the pack and the poncho tent off there.

Caveats: For cooler temps I'll bring a down vest or jacket. If I want more comfortable sleep, I have an inflatable sleep pad. For buggy conditions I bring the net tent. All this would bring me up to 10 lbs.

Lighterpack

I neglected to wash my backpack the last couple seasons and my 2p tent could use a wash. Zippers are feeling a little gritty.

I've seen some suggestions like baby shampoo, but the only stuff at the store was scented. Anyone use unscented castile soap?

I'm really glad to see others have moved to lemmy. Xbiking was one of the communities I thought I'd miss the most. Cheers!
