That makes sense!

I think you got downvoted because your original comment made it sound like you were singling out this post for linking to a French article, but I agree we should tag all posts with the appropriate language, English or French.

As a bilingual instance, I think mandatory labeling of post language should be considered.

I don't disagree with you on that, it could have been better worded.

Sunshine simply took a speech shortcut by referencing first nations, which remote areas with polar bears are mostly populated by, but anyone living there would need a rifle to deal with the wildlife.

Should we label links to English articles with the "English" language?

Do you think polar bears take "no" for an answer?

I've been to Churchill, MB. People there have guns to fend off polar bears. A polar bear WILL maul you if you do not fire first. We were not allowed in some areas of the territory unarmed.

Ouch, how did this happen, and why have patches sat unreviewed?

Excel is a hammer.

When holding a hammer, everything looks like a nail.

Stop using Excel for anything more than simple data extraction and pivot tables, get a custom solution tailored to your needs rather than a monstrous Excel document that consumes 14 GB of RAM to run.

TV above fireplace is a sin

Indeed. It's important to remember that people are not evil for voting against their own interests.

Do not attribute to malice what can more easily be attributed to ~~stupidity~~ lack of knowledge, i.e. propaganda.

So, mostly plastic with some plant materials?

No, I got some of those more recently, they show you the IP address and the infringed copyright. This is one of the reasons to use a VPN.

Back maybe 10 years ago they would actually send a letter to tell you, you visited those websites, please refrain. It might have had to do with frequency as well.

Vidéotron has definitely tipped off the authorities to our DNS activity at one point, we got a nasty letter from them saying they got told to tell us to stop visiting a certain website. I don't think they do that anymore, but they once upon a time did.

Their DNS is also really slow to replicate, causing issues when toying with DNS records.

Besides, your ISP can also change the terms at any time.

I do agree with you regarding American DoH, but note that your Android phone most likely defaults to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as DNS servers, i.e. Google's.

Earlier this month, a Quebec Superior Court judge ruled in a class-action lawsuit that racial profiling is a systemic problem in the Montreal police force, and that the city is responsible for profiling committed by its police officers. Justice Dominique Poulin ordered the City of Montreal to pay $5,000 to people arrested without justification and racially profiled.

The force has also released two reports since 2019 showing that racialized people are disproportionately targeted by police during random street checks.

No before shot as it's been a while since I bought this, but the previous item was in the same can, filled almost to the top, and 500g.
