I would also add waiting for GOTY editions with all the DLC for cheap. There are a few times where Ive liked a game but if you wait you can pick it up for 20 dollars and all the dlc

Home Assistant. It's amazing the amount of things you can do with it. I love being able to slowly make my smart home and I barely need to check if the device I buys works!
