Saying the iPhone 16 hardware only supports 480Mbps is accurate; the iPhone 16 Pro supports USB 3 transfer speeds, however the base iPhone 16 is limited to usb 2.0 speeds. This remains unchanged from the iPhone 15, with the base model topping out at 480Mbps and the Pro at 10Gbps.

It's amazing to think how incompetent their management must be that they're charging more, delivering lower audio quality, and paying less to artists than competitors like Tidal, yet still aren't profitable.

As usual, Trump is lying about being prevented from attending the graduation:

Merchan has not prevented Trump from attending his son’s graduation. In fact, when asked if Trump could be excused from court on Friday to attend the event, the judge stated that it was too early to rule on the matter but that if the trial proceeded as planned, he would be open to excusing the defendant.<

It seems Martha's mistake wasn't the Insider trading, it was not running for office before she did it.

They do, and things like this are intended to get their voting base to vote for them without having to run any real policies to fix real issues because that would make it more expensive for their donor base.
