That shouldn't prevent people from voting, though. Nobody needs to know how you vote. In the last presidential election, more eligible voters did not vote than they did for either Trump or Harris. You can hold your tongue at Thanksgiving, but express yourself without fear when it actually counts.

The idea was to give the Americans time to negotiate something before the tax came into effect. If they didn't do it in 3 years, I don't know why Carney thinks giving in will lead to any benefit for Canada.
I wonder where they think the energy to power this thing comes from.
Just to be clear, all of this is well known and has nothing to do with Canada.
