A Story of Faith, Pain, and Redemption: The Lamb Reigns Forever, Jesus, My Refuge in Darkness
In a world filled with darkness, I found the light. This is my story, the life I’ve lived, and the price I’ve paid for choosing to follow the Lamb, Jesus Christ.
"He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." (Psalm 147:3)
I was born into a world where religion was imposed, not chosen. As a Muslim, I was taught to follow rules, not love. But one night in 2013, while living in China, my life changed forever. In a dream, I walked through a dark cave, the ground soaked with blood. Suddenly, I saw Jesus Christ. His presence was radiant, His smile warm, and He extended a piece of bread to me, saying, "Take this bread, son." I woke up crying, overwhelmed by a feeling I couldn’t describe. For the first time, I felt love a love I had never known before.
"I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty." (John 6:35)
From that moment, I started questioning everything. Why did my prayers feel empty? Why was love absent from the religion I followed? My search for answers led me to the Bible, where I discovered the truth of Jesus Christ. I decided to become a Christian, but that decision came at a cost. My father disowned me, my family abandoned me, and I became a target of hate and violence.
"If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first." (John 15:18)
I survived death threats, shootings, and even a stabbing, but the Lamb shielded me every time. His love became my refuge, His promise my strength. When bullets rained down on me, not a single one touched my body. When I was stabbed and left to bleed, He gave me life.
"Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me." (Psalm 23:4)
In 2024, I fled to America, leaving behind my wife and children. With only $80 in my pocket, I crossed the border, enduring humiliation, fear, and uncertainty. In a detention cell, with nothing but an emergency blanket, I prayed. I knew Jesus was with me. He had never left my side.
"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." (Matthew 11:28)
Once in America, life did not get easier. I faced rejection even from my own relatives. I lived in a tiny room with nothing but an air mattress, working tirelessly to provide for my family back home. Yet, every Sunday, I found solace in the church. The church became my family, a place where I could share my testimony and hear the words of Jesus Christ, my Savior.
"For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them." (Matthew 18:20)
"If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land." (2 Chronicles 7:14)
"Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit." (Matthew 28:19)
This song, "The Lamb," is my battle cry. It’s a declaration that no matter the pain, no matter the persecution, I will follow Jesus Christ. He has been with me in the storm, in the fire, in the darkness. He is my Shepherd, my Savior, my King.
To those who feel lost, broken, or abandoned this is for you. Jesus Christ loves you. He sees your pain, and He will never leave you. Trust in Him, and you will find peace.
"The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." (Psalm 34:18)

This is a channel where a script searches for testimonies on youtube, and it copies the youtube description to the lemmy post text. but stripes in the youtube description (i.e.
) is interpreted as headings in lemmy..
i'll change the script to change the lines, because such huge texts "subscribe!" is quite annoying.
