Why was Spotify no longer an option? Was it, y'know… Or was it something else?

Have you heard of ListenBrainz? I dunno how it be with Qobuz, haven't used Qobuz (yet…), but ListenBrainz could potentially track that for you and serve as your platform-independent statistics and recommendation algorithm (at least with Spotify, it is able to connect directly to your account. Dunno of any specific Qobuz integration, but there may be apps to track listens externally from any particular service)
They lack Linux app, though, innit? Heard of 'em, pondered, researched… also, I'm on a family plan, and it's not up to me to handle that. So I'd probably have to pay for it meself, separately, adding overall family costs (and increasing mine, to no effect of others). Unless I get everyone to switch, and that might be hard
Mexico == cartels????!?!!!?!??
Mate, this is just sad :(
Wishing her the best! (I have no clue who she is, though. But it doesn't matter. My wish stands)
As for the other "fellers", I shall make no such wish
Edit: this also applies to each and every similar situation. Doesn't matter the victim or the perpetrators. All the best to trans people, and no such thing for the phobes

Why are they trying to make it happen, and why it no work? Is JXL better than PNG? Maybe I need to do some research to better learn the difference
Interestingly, I downloaded GNOME's pride month wallpaper to see what it looked like, and the files were JXL. Never seen them in the wild before that
Now if anyone don't mind explaining, PNG vs JXL?
Well, I use IronFox. It's essentially a fork of the now-discontinued, Firefox-based Mull browser. It's a privacy and security oriented browser. It's not on F-Droid, afaik, but it's on the Accrescent store
You could also try Blue Line Console. It opens on top of the current screen, allowing you to search for apps and whatnot. Not sure how far it goes, as I have not used it extensively. But I do have it as my assist app (KISS is my Launcher, but you can also set Blue Line Console as a Launcher)
Being able to turn JPEGs into JXLs and JXLs back to JPEGs is cool, though
What's with the AVIF thing? Yet another I am unfamiliar with (all I know about image formats is JPG = worse quality, PNG = better quality, GIF = animated (and something WebP. Idk much about that one either))
Also, in my research, I've found something about the distinction between lossless JXL vs lossy JXL. Seems like you wouldn't be able to tell if the image is lossy or lossless just from it being a JXL
