There's also a gym openly recruiting for neo-Nazis downtown. Nova Signum. Why is this even open?

Looks like the switches are MX-compatible, meaning most keycap sets out there would fit it. Look for XDA or DSA profile blank keycaps. Those will have the advantage of having no difference in profile between rows, meaning a key intended for the bottom row will still work for the top row etc. They can be found for cheap on Amazon or AliExpress.

I was around 13, and a family friend took me and a sibling whitewater rafting. We were useless at it, but we enjoyed the view and getting splashed a bit. Then we got stranded on a rock at the top of a rapids while the other rafts went ahead of us. Being clueless, me and my sibling thought that this was the end, we were going to get crushed against some boulders, turned to goo, and our mangled remains would be bear food. We cried, hugged each other, and said our final goodbyes. In reality, the adults needed a minute to think, as our raft had to go through an alternate route. There was a drop between rocks but in we were in no danger whatsoever.

Hah that's a positive attitude. Now I gotta create a "songs to get run over to" playlist

I've never celebrated Father's Day (I had a shitty dad and it wasn't part of family tradition anyway). My kid's too young to know what's going on, but I did get a card from the daycare. It was more a day to treat myself a little, even if it was one of my weeks. So we went to the hardware store.

I'd like to make it more of a thing down the road but it'll probably have to be other family doing something nice for me. That's years away though.

Koss KSC-75 are similar earhook open-back headphones. Cheap and decent sound quality, wouldn't feel bad if they fell off and got destroyed on a ride.

That said I'd rather keep my ears open because I don't trust people inside colossal rolling metal cages.

I'd like to increase the number of times I drop off the kid by bike + bike trailer per week. It's about 14km round trip. And honestly it doesn't take that much longer than driving.

Oh I've been looking at Ptit train du nord! Looks fun, especially all the breweries en route :)

Hey everyone! I'm from Ottawa. Refugee from Reddit, looking forward to exploring Lemmy and the fediverse generally.
