This throws under the bus the many many non republicans in places gerrymandered such that the minority can continue it's rule. My life would probably get better, but only at their expense as more and more solvent states leave the union. Only by other members of congress who are fine with who he is. In terms of federally elected politicians, it's in fact impossible for the constituents to recall them. Some states allow you to recall state level politicians but it remains illegal to recall a federal one.
