I saw a review of this and it’s crazy tiny! Obviously expensive with their highest tier coming in at nearly $1400, but this is the first headset that looks properly futuristic.

And from what the review said, it’s a seriously high quality output.

We can’t forget antidisestablishmentarianism

Trevor’s speech following the mission actually has a decent amount of meat to it for that exact reason. He makes a valid point and the mission is used to demonstrate his point.

He points out how the guy was completely willing to give info, but because everyone is so torture happy, they make a game out of it the whole time (yes, I’m aware), cracking jokes and totally enjoying the guy’s pain.

I really hope the social commentary that permeates Los Santos is still there in GTA VI. Based on what we got in RDR2, I have no reason to doubt this game is going to be scathing on the current political climate. Time will tell.

Everybody understands the climate in the world right now, but there’s nothing to suggest that [this incident] is motivated by that at this time

Really? Nothing at all?

I’ve always liked § and ¶. I also don’t see people using ≈ and ~ in context enough. They’re fun to write.

Edit: Almost forgot this guy, too: ‽

“If your truck starts falling apart, it’s probably prone to falling apart more.”

Fucking lol

I just replayed GTA V after the update and I forgot how bad I feel on the torture mission. But then I remembered what the guy looked like and only had to deal with two cutscenes worth. Also got a great line of dialogue if you shout the target early.

“What the fuck, Michael!?”

“It just felt like that was the guy.”

“How do you know.”

“I had a hunch. It’ll check out.”

I just started learning this a week ago and it’s surprisingly quick to pick up if you’re coming from Blender. I struggled a ton with Unity and Unreal, but Godot’s approach to things work well for my brain.

Assuming I’m equipped with the same equipment, I’d love to explore Horizon’s world. The idea of giant robot dinosaurs is just too cool to pass up, as scary as they are.

Love that one! Daniel Radcliffe has such amazing range. All the way from a corpse to a man with guns nailed to his hands.

Honestly, $70 for 9,000 mAh for cutting edge battery tech isn’t as much as I’d expect. That was about the going rate when we first started seeing portable battery banks being sold as a dedicated item. For obvious reasons, this won’t be something the average person gets, but it exists and it’s no longer just in labs.

Not to mention, the improvements in longevity and temperature range were benefits I wasn’t aware of. Exciting!

Everything, Everywhere, All At Once comes to mind. Redline is another that has a similar feel (the intro sequence is insane)

Spotted this at my local flea market. My first VFD display!

I have to reject any that don’t make the cut.

Everyone knows all the classic stuff you hear in karaoke bars, but I always enjoy artists that can make lyrics that you love singing along to.

I’m not necessarily talking about the best lyrics or the most thoughtful, but the ones that you love belting out with confidence even when a friend is in the car. Think Bohemian Rhapsody scene from Wayne’s World.

I’m curious if there are some lesser-known artists that are just as fun to sing along to, but never got their time on the radio.

This is only my test picture. I’ll be posting a full album from my DSLR later next week.

It is insane just how big these events are and how surprisingly well organized everything has been. Really impressed overall with how alive everything has been.

I had earplugs plus noise canceling headphones on and the engines were still clear as day. Absolutely insane how fast they go. GA is sat right around the sphere and it’s a pretty heavy breaking zone. Even then, trying to track the cars for a good shot proved really challenging. Definitely pushed my skills.

And totally unrelated, but I also learned OneRepublic is responsible for like 90% of the modern pop radio that I hate. So that was fun to sit through…

I’ll be going to see the Las Vegas GP. I’ve never been to a Formula 1 race and don’t know what to expect from the days surrounding the race. Are there any tips you wish you knew before going the first time? I plan on going to the full race weekend and not sure what to bring to make my stay more comfortable. Also, any tips on stops I should make in that area of Vegas while I’m there?
