Well, you inspired me to answer my own question. Here's the manual
Now I know where the cameras are. That's pretty good coverage. The reverse camera is on the tailgate. If it is lowered, the camera is unusable. However, there is a cabin camera that is rear facing. That may provide some coverage to the rear, but might be obscured by things inside. Appears to mostly be for watching the driver's eyes for inattentiveness, so I don't know where it is aimed.
You just reminded me I own Ride 2. That game was a pretty good sim, but I wanted to play a more arcadey kind of experience with those realistic controls and physics. I'm going to be checking out the newer sequels to see if they added more silly ideas to counterbalance the dry (imo) sim racing. But, if you're wanting that sim experience, it's got that.
